Contact identifier used to initiate communication, selected companion profile, requested appointment duration, and general hotel or residential area.
Because we enforce a strict 100% Cash-on-Delivery (COD) policy, we never ask for, collect, or store credit card details, UPI credentials, or bank records.
Suite numbers or transit coordinates are kept only during transit and are automatically wiped within 60 minutes following appointment completion.
Anonymous technical traffic metrics (truncated IP, browser user-agent) used solely for website stability and DDoS defense, automatically rotated on a rolling cycle.
3. The 60-Minute Post-Appointment Auto-Purge Protocol
In strict accordance with statutory storage limitation standards under Section 8(7) of the DPDP Act, 2023:
- Temporary booking transcripts and coordination notes are permanently purged within 60 minutes after a session ends.
- Suite references, hotel room numbers, and chauffeur directions are automatically deleted.
- We do not create persistent behavioral profiles, marketing lists, or client dossiers.
4. User Rights & Data Erasure (DPDP Act, 2023)
Under Sections 11 through 14 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, users hold clear statutory rights:
You have the right to request confirmation of any operational data held about your interaction.
You hold the unconditional right to request immediate, permanent deletion of any communication details from active volatile buffers.
You may withdraw consent at any time. Upon receiving your request, all active introductory communication ceases immediately.
5. Protection of Minors (Section 9, DPDP Act)
In strict compliance with Section 9 of the DPDP Act, 2023 and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012, this platform strictly bars minors. We do not knowingly process data from anyone under the age of 18 years. Any unauthorized submission is purged immediately.
6. Cookie Usage & Digital Footprint
Our website uses only essential functional session cookies to remember 18+ age verification consent and optimize responsive image rendering. We do not use third-party behavioral trackers or commercial advertising pixels.
