Harika Hegde functions strictly as an independent promotional directory and introductory intermediary. All companions listed on this website are independent, self-employed adult consenting freelancers. This platform does not operate an employment agency, brothel, or pimping enterprise, and exercises zero control over private, consensual interactions.

1Eligibility & Age of Majority

1. Acceptance of Terms & Mandatory 18+ Requirement

Access to and usage of Harika Hegde is strictly conditional upon your affirmative confirmation that you are an adult of at least 18 years of age (or legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and possess full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

If you are under 18 years of age, you are strictly prohibited from viewing this website and must exit immediately. Continued usage constitutes a legally binding warranty that you are an adult.

2Independent Contractor Status

Harika Hegde is an independent advertising directory and introductory concierge platform. Every companion featured on this website is an independent, self-employed individual who voluntarily determines her own schedule, boundaries, and client suitability.

No employer-employee, agency, or partnership relationship exists between Harika Hegdeand any featured companion. Honorariums agreed upon are paid strictly for the companion's personal time, social companionship, and charm during private dinner dates, business galas, or luxury suite outcalls.

Harika Hegde strictly adheres to Section 143 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (BNS), the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 (ITPA), and all human rights frameworks. We maintain an absolute zero-tolerance policy against:

Human trafficking, bonded servitude, involuntary companionship, or third-party pimping.
Any coercion, threats, intimidation, or debt bondage of any individual.
Any involvement or depiction of minors (strictly prohibited under POCSO Act, 2012).

Statutory Declaration: All models featured on this platform are independent adults registered voluntarily. Any suspicion or report of coercion or exploitation will result in immediate permanent termination of the listing.

4Financial Terms & Anti-Fraud Policy

In-Person Settlement: Agreed honorariums are settled 100% directly hand-to-hand in cash inside your private luxury hotel suite or residence, only after you have welcomed your companion in person.
Foreign Currency: Visiting corporate executives and NRI travelers may settle in major international currencies (USD, EUR, GBP) as agreed hand-to-hand.

5Client Code of Conduct

5. Mandatory Client Code of Conduct & Safety

Discerning companionship requires mutual dignity, respect, and executive decorum. All clients agree to uphold the following behavioral obligations:

Strict Ban on Photography & Recording

Under Section 66E of the IT Act, 2000 (privacy violation), unauthorized photography, audio recording, or hidden cameras are strictly forbidden.

Zero Tolerance for Illegal Substances

The use, solicitation, or possession of illicit narcotics or substances banned under the NDPS Act is strictly prohibited during any appointment.

Hospitality Standard (5-Star Venues)

Outcalls are conducted exclusively to reputable 5-star hotels, luxury boutique properties, or verified private residential suites ensuring companion safety.

Companion's Right of Refusal

Companions reserve the absolute right to terminate any rendezvous immediately without penalty if they encounter disrespect, intoxication, or unsafe conditions.

6Intellectual Property

6. Proprietary Assets & Content Protection

All photographic works, face-blurred promotional assets, editorial texts, brand emblems, and software code on Harika Hegde are proprietary assets protected under applicable copyright laws.

Automated scraping, crawling, or republishing of companion photos or narratives on unauthorized mirror websites or forums is strictly prohibited.
